About the Work Lounge

We offer a professional, modern shared business environment, where people can work as and when they please.  It’s an ideal space for freelancers, startups, small businesses and those looking to reduce their commute.

This is a shared office with 12 allocated desks, each with their own lockable drawers. The coworking space benefits from:

  • 24 hour access
  • fibre-optic broadband with 80 meg download and 40 meg upload speeds
  • dedicated kitchenette and complimentary tea and coffee
  • an 8-person meeting room and garden for the sole use of our coworkers.

Memberships

Membership is £250 per month, which includes business rates and utilities. There are no hidden, extra charges.

Getting here

The Knoll Business Centre in Hove benefits from a comprehensive public transport network.

  • Buses: There are regular buses to all districts of Hove, Brighton and Shoreham on Sea. The main bus stop is by Portslade rail station.
  • Train: The closest train station is Portslade, a five minute walk away, while Aldrington 0.8 miles and Hove is 1.3 miles away. These stations provide links along the south coast and north to London, with direct journeys to the latter taking just over an hour.
  • Car: There are excellent road transport links to the business centre, with both the A23 and A27 being less than ten minutes away by car.
