We aim to bolster the success of the many creative & talented entrepreneurs that call Arizona home by opening the one and only public coworking space in Tempe. We offer educational tools to help your business expand including workshops, access to industry professionals and most importantly a collaborative atmosphere designed to help us all learn and grow.
History
The concept for IVerbNouns was born when two entrepreneurs, Dustin Murphy and Jacob Akins, partnered together in August 2013 to open an office for their individual businesses (616 Designs, a web development company, and eMind Media, a graphic design firm). With a full 1500 square feet of space, the pair decided to rent the near vacant space to more entrepreneurs, and IVerbNouns was born. In December 2013, IVerbNouns signed a contract with their first coworker.

Transport
We are a short bike ride from the Tempe ASU campus and not far from MMC and Evit. The light rail zooms right by our front door so we are very easy to access.

We are located next door to a sub shop, and 5 minutes from Mesa Riverview and Tempe Marketplace.

Mill Avenue is 10 minutes away!

Monday - Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm
24/7 Access available after one month rental.
Population
We currently house 6 members of Tuft & Needle, as well as 3 freelancers. We have space for up to 18 more occupants.
Culture
We are located in a 1500 square foot warehouse style space with vaulted ceilings. You know the work spaces you see in movies that record labels and indie art houses are in? Its like that!

We offer both daily and monthly desk rentals, from community conference style seating to freelance ready individual desks.

Meetups & regular events
We are in the planning stages for meetup events but will update as soon as they are available. We currently have an "Office Hours" program where industry professionals such as Lawyers, Venture Capitalists, and Business Management experts are available once a week to answer any questions your might have.
