Seeking a quiet, sunny workplace in the Mission? We're a digital media startup looking for individuals or small teams to rent some available desks in our 2500 sq. ft. office. The open-plan space has high ceilings with tons of windows. It also features a conference room (available to all tenants), a kitchen, a nap nook (featuring an enormous beanbag), a common area with couches, and indoor bike parking.

Location is near the corner of 17th and South Van Ness, just blocks away from a number of great cafes, restaurants, and the 16th St. BART station. The desks are available immediately and we're happy to give you a tour any time.

Rent is $300/month. Our month-to-month sublease (with a one-month deposit) includes utilities, high-speed internet, as well as weekly cleaning, and alarm services.

A few disclaimers: The office is above an auto parts store and has an unconventional entrance. If having a traditional office entrance is important to your business, this probably won't work for you. Also, if you need to make LOTS of phone calls from your desk, this might not be the best fit, due to the open plan. Currently, we use the conference room or kitchen for most phone calls, so as not to distract the rest of the office.
