Hello,

I just opened a work space dedicated to animators, game designers, and digital artists.  

We are striving to make Comfy Chair as convenient as possible for customers.  Monthly costs range from $60 for one day a week to $600 for a full time private desk with varying prices between depending on how much time one want to spend there.  Additionally one can get a $20 day pass or a pack of 10 day passes for $175.  Our regular hours are from 9 to 5, but individuals can schedules times to use the space off hours according to their needs.  We are located at 735 Montgomery Street in Jackson Square, in between Telegraph Hill and the Financial District and surrounded by good food and great views; the Transamerica Pyramid is a block away and Coit Tower is less than a mile away.  Light rail stops along Market and Embarcadero as well as BART stops are a half a mile walk.  We have additional amenities that include access to a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave, a coffee machine, two powerful desktop computers with fully licensed Adobe and Maya programs, a meeting area with a projector, whiteboards on wheels, and a room for story discussion.
