I Want a Coworking Space in Dubuque!

Ideally, a physical place that is the creative hub of Dubuque. A place that independent creative professionals (freelancers or remote employees, for example) can count on to find familiar faces, like-minded perspectives, and an abundance of creative inspiration. A refreshing alternative to the lonely home office or noisy cafe. Drop ins would be welcome and a paid subscription would provide a dedicated office space. It would be the location of frequent creatively-enriching seminars and events. We would learn from each other and create things greater than any one of us could alone.
What do you say, Dubuque Creatives, shall we give it a try?
... also, there should be good coffee ... lots of it :-)
