CoworkingRiverside

I live in the dynamic City of Riverside and soon I will be opening a coworking space here, I'm still undecided about the location, the downtown area is great, has a lot of good vibe, plenty of restaurants, about 5 or 6 coffee shops in 1.5 sq. mile. (Is this good or bad? I will appreciate any input/comments you may have), however I’m concerned about the lack of free parking space in the downtown area, the city charges around $1.00 per every 2 hours (about $4 a day, $20 a week, and $80 a month). Does any one have the same or similar parking problem? Can you offer any advise?

My other option will be a location in the surrounding area of the Riverside Plaza, I found a new building with very modern architecture and good parking space (10-12 spaces). Basically the place is ready to go, the rent is a little bit higher than downtown but the users will not need to spend extra cash in parking fees.

One of the main objectives of this coworking space will be to provide some kind of structure to the growing creative and solo entrepreneurs population of Riverside and the Inland Empire. A foundation that will allow us to join forces with other independent workers, creating a stronger presence and attracting better and bigger projects to our vibrant collective community, like Orange County and San Francisco do.

I’m contemplating the following amenities and perks for this space
