Looking at starting a coworking space in the NOHO area, not too far from the new Art Institute Of California-Hollywood. Figured this would be a prime location to open a space, appealing to the numerous freelancers in the arts, television and movie industry and even tudents from the nearby studios and Art school. Found two potential facilities to lease (bldg called the "Bank" at Lankershim and Weddington St and another at Magnolia and Blakeslee Ave adjacent to some apartment buildings).
