Rate starts from $250 per month for permanent deskspace, $750 for private office space and $30 dollars per day for drop-in. Ask us about after-hours and weekend access rate.

Starting November 2009 we plan to offer coworking space for $200 per month as well as make the entire space available for meetings and events. Building Opportunities with Business (BOB) is the local economic development agency for Vancouver's inner-city.
