We are located in one of the best business districts of Hong Kong. Wan Chai provides a variety of restaurants and bars for after work activities as well close-by government institutions and other businesses which makes our live so much easier. Just some minutes away from Causeway Bay in the east and Central in the West, Wan Chai is at the heart of Hong Kong Island.

We have two rooms in our office free for rent:

• Room 1: 3x3m (~100 sqft.) with glas wall to the main office area. Cost: HK$3,600 (~US$465) / month
• Room 2: 3x4m (~130 sqft.) with glas wall to the main office area and window. Cost: HK$3,900 (~US$503) / month

Each room has:

• 1 table
• 1 comfortable office chair
• 1 shelf / book rack
• 1 rubbish bin

The office has all facilities you need:

• Conference table / area with glas white board
• Printer with Copy and Scan functions
• Internet
• Fridge
• Coffee machine
• Free Bonaqua drinking water
• Air Hockey Table

Prices are all inclusive, paid one month in advance with 1 month deposit.

We would prefer someone with a quiet workflow in the IT field. We are creative company and we need time, space and silence (despite the air hockey battles ) for creating our awesome mobile phone applications.
